I’ve stayed at this property previously and while it wasn’t immaculate, it was tidy and well kept. This time around, there were holes in the sheets, bath mat, towel, and furniture. The only chair in the room was stained with various liquids and paint/makeup, the toiletries in the shower had been used by the previous guest and were not replaced but left half full by housekeeping. There was glitter all over the room from the previous guest. The property was also noisy and light shone brightly through the bottom of the door.

This is a wonderful hotel, but is not very walkable, No restaurant on site and the coffee shop is open most days, but not all days. Found a great restaurant called Chapter IV Close for lunch. The rooms are large. The beds are comfortable nice size bathrooms we would stay here again. And a very quiet area of New Orleans. Right on the street car line so you can get anywhere you want easily
