Excellent hotel. Just be aware that parking is not included with your hotel booking and there is a daily charge for parking. Other than that it is definitely a hotel I would use again.

The property overall is a great place to stay with kids two pools, bowling alley and arcade. Staff is friendly. Didn’t like that they didn’t do the Halloween walkthrough this year was kid of a bummer but they did decorate the lobby which was a nice addition this year. They also got rid of the old cars out front which we loved taking pictures next to every year we stay they were a great part of the theme of the hotel. Only other thing I would add would be there were several gates (4) that were not working your did not have to use your room key to open them they just open with out one. Also need to touch up with some paint around the property at the front desk first impressions are key.

Hotel was clean and staff were very nice. The shuttle to universal was a huge convenience and ran often. Would definitely come back.
