Hotel itself is correct. The included breakfast is kind of cheap/low quality overall, crowded like very small door, few tables and almost always a line up. Space is quiet small and not very appealing for the breakfast. Elevators are slow. Only 3 fir the whole hotel basically we used the stairs modt oft the time because of the long wait. Finally, room was not cleaned when we came back at 5:30 pm and a long day walking in the city. We called the front desk, they sent someone saying the will have to clean now. But the bathroom was busy and we ask them toncome back later. They said no and didn’t clean the room. Front desk told me it’as usual to not clean before 5.30 pm and i refused the service so not their problem and they don’t have anyone to to it now as employees are new and not trained for that yet. So we will choose another hotel for the next visit.

Room was spacious for NYC, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. Centrally located for everything we had planned for our mother/daughter weekend away. My new go-to hotel for our NYC trips!

While the front desk staff were most obliging, that is where it ended. Housekeeping was slow, waited over 5 hours(another call made) to get sofa bed opened)not thorough- room being cleaned at 6 pm one day(and poorly)or no one there until after 4 when s complaint was lodged. Request to speak to food & bev mngr was made but no response to concern.

Perfect location. Easy subway access. Staff were friendly, well trained, and helpful. Great customer service. Rooms were clean with nice amenities. Fast thermostat- air/heat. Thin walls noise/TV The buffet is clogged but the food was good. We went at various times and it was the same. A lot of people bumping into each other with juices and coffees. And some areas were disorganized. For example, the toast station was off to the side and the butter was 2 stations away, and the plates were under other stations. So you had to wait to get each. People would even take your toast or abandon their own in that time frame. Or if someone stopped in the line for the fruit, muffin, or yogurt you had to wait behind them because there was not room to go around. But the staff did a great job with assisting and serving. And the fresh custom or chief choice omelette were a winner. I also loved the free snacks and cocktail hour. Wonderful bonus. I would suggest you giving each guest a paper laminated place marker for their tables so they can claim the table and get food. One side states reserved the other side states clear. I saw people complain about another taking their table; it became awkward after food sent to that table, and the ordering person lost it. The elevators are packed at peak times. If you can, book a lower floor and use the stairs ( at least to descend). We liked the hotel and will book it again. It’s our new nyc hotel.

You can hear your neighbors when they open and close their door. The elevators are as slow as molasses and the breakfast area can get crowded towards the end of breakfast so get there early. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

Excellent value for the money. Very comfortable beds and quiet. Great variety of food for breakfast. Although alcohol was expensive in the Lobby. Staff very friendly

NYC with 21 year old son
This was a great location! The $15 off a day parking was very helpful since the parking garage was so close. The $30 a day benefit for you in the restaurant or bar was good but realized that the drinks are very expensive. Also, they close Around 1030 so we missed three of our five nights. The breakfast were always crowded but the meat order omelettes were excellent. The happy hour was good for the drinks, but the food wasn’t that great. The rooms are small, which is the same for everything in the city. The service was good and he would definitely stay here if we come back again.
