Amazing stay
So at first I was a bit concerned because some of the reviews were good and bad, but after my experience I’m definitely going back, the front dest as soon as I came in were amazing, checked me in fast and easy, hotel was very clean, my room was very clean and cozy, big bathroom, was able to pur some drinks in my fridge, everything was exceptional i definitely give it a 10

Very clean room and smelled like soap everywhere. Area around the hotel isn’t great, but very close to airport. Would stay again if I go to an event at MetLife, or need a quick night before/after a flight.

The lady at the front desk provided terrible service during check-in. Upon arriving, I was surprised to learn that I had to pay a $20 parking fee, which was not mentioned anywhere during the reservation process. When I questioned her about this, she threatened to cancel my reservation. I then asked to speak to her superior, but she informed me that no one else was available and simply handed me a business card to call her supervisor. This all happened at 2 a.m., making the experience even more frustrating. Her behavior was unprofessional, and the customer service was poor. She should be trained on how to handle customers properly instead of threatening them

The staff starting with the shuttle driver Jose was awesome! The breakfast was pretty good with various options. The receptionist/front desk (Nu) was always friendly and kind. Overall the staff was great and attentive. Not sure of the area we spent most of our days in the city not in the immediate area.
