Property was nice and clean. The room was set up a little weird where after you entered the room, it was like a hallway, and the shower could have been bigger, was very small and was hard to shower. The only thing I did not like, we paid for valet parking and was informed it was across the street from the hotel which our vehicle was there the first day but then they had moved our vehicle to another parking area offsite without our knowledge and was still charged for valet parking and then brought our vehicle back the day we left, again never told us they were moving our vehicle.

The hotel is very nice and the views were stunning. We had people next door with 4 dogs constantly barking. Elevators were very slow and the parking was extremely over priced.

For a five night stay, we had to call for towels daily. Housekeeping only clean once, which we had to request. I would not recommend anyone stay more then two nights.

Had a very nice time at the Embassy suites Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada. It’s in a very nice location and the steakhouse restaurant, the keg, is a must!

I like the convenient location and the view. We upgraded our room to a newly furnished one which was nice. My main complaint would be the cost of parking…pretty ridiculous. If we had known we had the option, we would have parked off site at parking decks that charge a fraction of the hundreds it cost.

It was a one night stay to see Niagara fall. The off site parking is $35 CAD convenient and shuttle comes very quick. The onsite parking 70 CAD is very tight space. So I prefer offsite parking. The hotel employee checks for how many people will come to breakfast with your voucher. It was my first time experience this.And you are only have breakfast once, can't come back for second round when you leave the breakfast area. Overnight, it's walkable to the fall.

Elevator service and parking very poor. When we got to the entrance parking service person was very rude told me 80 dollars. Was not pleased asked if any other parking was ride and said didn’t know. Another parking guy noticed handicap sign on window and told me was 35 a night. He was nice. The elevator was an issue took 10 minutes and more. Just to get down or come up. Also when we were leaving management and security came up to see a woman had something contagious. They came u held the elevator for her while we were waiting. They wore masks and we were standing there. Instead of telling us to go down we were waiting. The women came out in a wheel chair. They should have at least asked her to wait or gave her a mask To wear. They did not care about other people waiting. If the women was contagious the should have asked her to where a mask. Unacceptable.

I expected better from the hotel for the price it charged. No free Wi-Fi and room cleaning. I even upgraded to a view run with an additional $150 fee and still no free Wi-Fi. Even cheap hotel/motel give free Wi-Fi. I have stayed at other Embassy and it was much better. I don’t know if I would come back to the Niagara Falls Embassy again.

You asked "how was my check-in". I did not get the room I reserved and paid for. I paid for a king bed with sofa sleeper suite. They said there was a computer glitch and I could not get that room. They gave me a room with 3 f'ing queen beds...for 2 people. I think I deserve $100 credit from Hilton. Tell me what Expedia is going to do to correct this problem.
