Servicio. Al cliente malo , a la hora del check in que la habitación no están lista a las 5 pm. Y tenía otra lista pero tenías q pagar 500 mas por noche. Los baños viejos. Luces fundidas Los cestos sin naylon Éramos un grupo de 8 habitaciones a todo nos dijeron los mismo Vista perfecto Pero como una terminal de trene.

Great idea to have a nice bar on 9th floor for guests , music is loud which is great and ambience is excellent !!! I wish there would be faster procedure to get deposit back on the day of check out . Had to wait 25 minutes for room to be checked . Not sure if this is possible to change . However , overall experience is great .
