We had the room with Fallsview. Incredible. I only wish I was taller because when I sat in the room I could only see the top of falls. And everything was close enough to walk to. The only thing I didn’t like was the 35 per day parking but that’s what all the hotels are charging

My room is a king bed room with falls view. However, the falls view is partially blocked by the roof top of the building in front of the hotel. The furniture in the room is very simple and cheap. They put the small fridge at the corner of the room and the microwave is on the top of the fridge. There is no main switch to control the lights of the room. We need to swtich on the bedside lamps, the floor lamp and the table lamp one by one in the dark. The only good thing is the bed is comfortable. I think this room is for sure over priced. There are 2 elvators to serve the floors from 11 floor to 18 floor. But one of them is out of service. It takes a long time to wait for the only one that works.

No valet parking and I didn’t get the room I reserved. No onsite parking period. Would never go to any hotel in that area. The parking situation is a total shitshow at this property!!
