I had to park across the street at a Green P parking lot for an extra $35. The hotel tells you, only once you're there, that parking is first come first serve. Upon closer inspection, the parking lot is a joke and accommodates maybe 25 cars. There are no warning of parking limitations when you're booking. I'm not impressed nor am I happy about this extra cost on an already expensive room. The hotel room itself is very nice, however the lobby area is under construction in many spots at the time of this writting. Kind of inconvenient having to walk through the main floor IHOP to access your elevators. The final kicker, our room had some questionable stains on some of the furniture. Specifically the ottoman and couch. No, this is not an exaggeration.

Ok everything is just soso nothing special best part is the 1st floor amenities like Starbucks and restaurants bit of a maze and confusing elevator system not really impressed with the parking situation either beware when you park initially to check in sketchy perons with bikes riding around to see if you left your door unlocked. Just a heads up

The hotel was going through reno and we had to move our room during our stay which we were advised otherqise when we checked in. They then lost my sons swim shorts and i had to fight to have them allow me to buy new ones in the shop and they reimburse me that cost. The location is great but the staff are not friendly the restaurants are also awful and very overpriced.
