The pool was clean, always had fresh towels. Hotel maintenance and housekeeping was super quick to respond. Great experience! I will stay again. Highly recommend.

We had a very good visit. The location of the Wyndham is excellent, and our view from the 18th floor quite good. The biggest issue we had was finding the sign for the hotel!

I didn’t like the fact that they treat me different because I booked by third party like Expedia. So they gave me the worst view ever in front of building machines when they clearly weren’t overbook, in sure they had more rooms because I tried to book and was open. But the response of the supervisor was that when people booked by Expedia the customer knows is going to be the lowest level with no view which is not true. The thing also was the actitude and that changes the whole perspective of the trip. Additional the first guy who gave me that room didn’t gave me some coupons to have discount in the restaurants around which if I knew would helped me to save because I ate there. When they gave me the coupons was late. So again I feel treated differently just because I booked with Expedia and the is is not fare is not a cheap hotel.

AC was broken and made noise all night on the first night. TV was broken and turned off every time we changed channels. No cleaning service came in the entire 3-day stay. Is that the norm? Gift shop staff were rude and so were the folks at guest services. Small room for queen suite with two beds. Expensive and not worth it at all.

all the hills but not the hotels problem. I have COPD so the hills were bad for breathing. walking was a bad experience for me. but everything we needed was close. but one thing the weight room I could not enter at midnight the key would not open the door.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Falls, Falls within walking distance, you definitely have to get a high floor with views of the falls to see anything. Parking is at a fee. There is no microwave in rooms. breakfast is not included. You have to pay for breakfast. There is a Hopp conveniently located on property as well as a Starbucks overall if you’re looking for someway where to sleep this is a good option however, for the price there should be way more accommodations. Not sure why AC units are so loud, I probably would not stay here again. I stayed at the Embassy suites my first trip to Canada. Definitely a better option.
