Our room felt like we were staying in a motel. The fan was dirty, we were up half the night due to the noise and the room was extremely dated other than the floor and bedding. It was disappointing as we have stayed at the Oakes before but not in the motel side.

Old and worn furniture. Noisy heating, checkout time is 11am but room cleaning person knocked the door at 10 am and ask what time to check out? Another issue is safety issue, The door can not close properly by itself, some stranger(not cleaning person) opened the door and tried to enter, luckily I was in.
