Only 3 set of towels for 4 people. Bathroom is very uncomfortable. Room needs to make reforming. Curtain was torned. The price is high for this level of rooms

The internet was extremely slow and most of my kids devices were unable to connect, The parking fee for the car is a rip off with $50 per night which is insane, there was nothing complimentary, last but not least the mattress was really old and had impressions which made sleep very painful. I will never come back here. Thank you

The stay was not as expected
From the beginning the hotel experience was not so good. The confirmation email has been delivered with a delay and the hotel has charged a resort fee as well as the parking fee of $45 per day. Housekeeping services are not on schedule every day, and he pool was dirty.

The location and views are what this hotel has going for it. The room was a bit run down and the AC unit was really lousy and the room got too hot at night. The indoor pool and hot tub is a nice amenity but the hot tub jets did not work, so it was just a hot bath tub. The housekeeping should really wear hair nets as we found long black hairs everywhere they were for sure not ours.

Great view of the falls. Parking is extra, but it was so convenient. You will pay for parking everywhere by the falls, so it was wort it because of the location. Staff was very friendly.
