Rooms were clean. Elevators were slow and in demand. A bus load of people overwhelming the elevators and loby. Parking was $25 plus tax round it up to $30. No breakfast available even if you wanted to pay. Response was to both welcome to Niagara falls. :(

close to Niagra parks and falls. There are some restaurants and cafes nearby which is convenient.We stayed in winter and it's so covenient that when it's so cold outside, we don't need to go far to dine in.

Best thing about this property is it is a good location so you can walk to most attractions and restaurants when the weather is good. The beds and pillows were comfy. Restaurant in the hotel was not open when we were there and were not notified of this at time of booking.

Noisy door

Stairwell door slammed when clising. Guest were going up and down the,stairs all night making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. Staff moved us to a different room. Inconvenience having to move.

If this hotel is a “falls view” it very far away. This is not one of the hotels where you seems to be right next to the falls. That being said it was easy to walk to the falls and to the casinos/shopping. It was maybe 4 blocks from Canada side of falls. 3 blocks from the shopping and casino. Very lovely staff. Also I stay at many many hotels and I’m cheap. This hotel is a great price and a very nice hotel. Nice room and very clean especially for a cheaper room. I would recommend staying at this hotel. You pay for parking but you do at most places this parking lot was huge no trouble finding a space even on the weekend. I almost forgot the hotel gives you restaurant coupons (chain restaurants) that are a great deal and easy to use.

It was not worthy for the amount we paid. The place is old and smelly. All over the hotel and bathroom have musty/moldy smell. The hotel is long overdue for upgrades. The hallway carpeting needs and serious stretching. The check-in staff are unpleasant and not very helpful. The parking charges is the most expensive around the area

Overall, the experience was okay. the room was empty but the bed was comfy. The view was meh, since there wasn’t much around (but i did not purchase for any view), but there was a funky odor in the hallway, and the ihop was closed. Also, the first floor reeked of chlorine from a mile away. Still waiting for my $50 deposit back.
