I have stayed at this property at least once a year for more than 10 years. The last 2 stays were very disappointing since there is a staff shortage but no corresponding reduction in workload for the staff (like in other hospitality venues in the area). Especially the food and beverage service takes a very long time and the choice and quality of the food has deteriorated.
It is very sad to see how poor management has run this beautiful resort down.

Lovely spot in a forest setting. Quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately taking a shower was a very hazardous process owing to the design of the bath below it.
