The staff was great. The food and drinks were on point. The quests were inconsiderate smoking weed in their rooms. The smell was awful and lingered into elevators. Not to crazy about pretty friendly, the person next to us had a dog that barked allot. One dog was snarling at me when I got the elevator. Luckily no kids around. Nice place and potential good vibes. The Tideroom and Taproom were beautiful.

The staff was so nice. They offered free chairs and umbrellas for the beach, get there early, at 10am there were no umbrellas. The food at the beach bar was so good and they had food and drinks served at the beach. The balcony was very small, only room for one chair

Food was great, rooms spacious, awesome staff. The one thing that was really really a deal-breaker was accessibility if you have any sort of minor mobility issue and lack of conveniently located restrooms in public areas. The pool is around the side of the building and to access it you have to walk up stairs from the parking lot area. The handicapped lift at the corner of the pool was closed off by maintenance and a wall torn apart and left without telling management about it. There are no restrooms near the pool. There is an exercise facility at the front of the building but there is no restroom in the exercise facility or off the main lobby. You have to go up two fights of stairs to the “T” Terrace level to use a restroom in the middle of a long hall. The poolside bar and restaurant, The Wahoo,” is only accessible by steep stairs from the Terrace level, or from the pool, which again is accessible by stairs. I made it down the stairs to meet family for lunch, and almost fell because the handrails on the stairs are black and were so hot from the sunlight it was impossible to hold onto them for more than a few seconds. The rooms had nice new walk-in showers, but no grab bar on the wall. The floor of the shower was very slippery, but thankfully the corner shelf was securely attached and I was able to hold it to get in and out. I walk with a cane, and there were other guests who were staying there who used canes or walkers, as well as at least one man in an electric scooter.

We arrived at 3pm. Told our room was not ready we would be called when it was ready. At 4:15 no call so I went to the front desk. Room still was not ready so we were given another room. Our room was ok but located above the buildings air conditioner units. Noisy. No real lighting, very dim. No balcony to speak of and the door was very heavy to open and close. We did like the private walk to the beach, the umbrella and chairs but claim them early by 8am. Also nice to have food and drink service on the beach as well. Would I stay there again? Maybe. The cost of the room was good compared with other places that offer nothing other than the room. Bring your own microwave. None in room!

Stayed four nights. Reasonable price for partial ocean view. Place was clean and staff was pleasant and friendly and helpful. Thank Alexandra for her assistance at the front desk. Only had food for lunch and it was good. Was able to get service while on the beach. Parking was adequate. Only had use secondary lot once. No problem with elevators. Only busy during check in/out times. Towels are provided for the pool and beach if needed. Overall nice little vacation for us. I would stay there again.

All staff are very friendly and very helpful. The resort is very clean. We had a great dinning experiences, foods is good, and I love my orange crush delicious and fresh. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed is nice and firm. This is the first time that my husband is happy with his bed away from home. Our 3 nights of stay was relaxing and peaceful. There was a wedding when we were there. I am impressed with all the set up and arrangements. We will definitely be back.

We asked for early check in and were told yes, we will call you when your room is ready and they never called! So frustrating. We specifically came early because they told us we could. And put an extra hold on our card for this “service/incidentals”. The photos of the balcony and ocean view are very misleading. You can’t sit on the balcony, they’re too small and there’s no ocean view unless you’re in one of the rooms closest to the shore. We booked an ocean view and didn’t have one.

My wife and I are very particular when it come to hotels cleanliness and this hotels have my five stars. The only thing I didn’t like much was the pool, I wish it was bigger or had an indoor pool but beside everything was good.

Best hotel I ever been in Ocean City, MD. We are amaze with the band, food, servers on the beach offering drinks. Rooms are super clean. Love the tide room.

Amazing resort!
I only wish I had stayed longer! Check in was smooth, and the resort was everything I could have asked for! From the staff, to the amenities, the property alone is gorgeous, well cared for and so, so, clean!! Everything was amazing and I cannot wait to go back! It is definitely a gem in OC, I forget that’s where I even was
