Most staff were fine. Dinner was horrible, cold - not up to Hilton standards at all. There was a stench in 2nd floor hallway. The coffee stand person was nasty and clearly didn't like her job.

Overall great property. Do not like the tub/shower in the room. The tub is a huge jacuzzi and then rain shower. Tub is very stained and who is taking a tub in these ugly things? They need to update and remove. Other than tub room was great. Pools are nice.

Nice place but front desk staff is not

The view was great the room was great however upon checking in around midnight I was greeted with the rudest and least helpful front desk associate I have ever met in 20 years of using Hilton properties. I booked two rooms and they were supposed to be next door to each other and upon arrival that didn’t happen. The desk employee brushed me off with an attitude and did nothing to fix the situation.

Our trip started great with time on the beach and by the pool but I woke up with bed bug bites all over my stomach after the first night and we left immediately. I was refused a refund for the trip. What was supposed to be a special weekend for my 3 year old daughter’s first time at the beach was a horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was directly on the beach with two very nice swimming pools. It’s proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and great restaurants was ideal!

Lovely getaway

We had an amazing 3 night stay! Great location. Beach was perfect. Hotel amenities are top notch. Only complaint was that our Jacuzzi tub didn't work properly. And the dishwasher in the room was full of dirty dishes when we arrived.
