Most of the staff was very helpful and nice. Roomservice got order wrong 2 out of 5 times. One time i called them and they were ride like too busy to take my order. Ocean view was incredible. A few small things, screwn door to patio kept falling off, closset doors need replaced, bathtub is so tall my bad knee couldn't step over it to shower

Overall great hotel to stay at. Just some minor things that could use some improvement for example; Bathroom hot tub are stained and looks dirty. Also the jets don’t work properly. Overall it looked like the hotel could use a good detail cleaning in all areas. Rugs, furniture, power wash exterior, polish and replace deteriorating fixtures as needed. Service can be better during breakfast or other times. Every time I ordered something they would bring the food and always forget something and or they would forget about you without following up with you to make sure everything was okay or needed anything. Reception staff at the desk were amazing and friendly to include housekeeping staff was also friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great, safe, quiet hotel to stay at with everything you need for you and your family !!

We had some technical problems with heating/air and switching rooms was difficult. And then when we requested late check out $50 is a bit much especially after having to move rooms (our room was 63 degrees air temp outside was was 60 heater and air conditioner were broken they did move us but after their people came upstairs ect it was 10 at night. Kind of frustrating.

Great hotel but could be better
We have stayed here for many years. It is still a very nice hotel, great location, etc. It is showing its age though in parts. One of the things that is a fairly major nuisance is (this has happened to us on two different stays) the door key will sometimes stop working because the battery in the door lock is dead. So you just come back to your room and can't get in. A maintenance guy did come up and fix it, but the first time it took a while. Seems like it would be easy enough to just change all the batteries once a year or whatever to proactively make sure it doesn't happen so often. The other thing that was a negative was the burgers at the Manana Mode were very ordinary and overpriced, with about five soggy chips as a side. But we will come back because it's comfortable and ocean views and most of the staff are nice.

I felt communication lacked and our room nor floor were met. They didn’t notify us of our room being ready and subsequently had to change our dinner plans as we waited. Very disappointed given we have been going there for years.

Hotel check in was a breeze, parking was easy and walking to nearby restaurants and the beach were great. The kiddie pool was a blast and well kept. The cons…. The rooms are severely in need of a facelift and good cleaning. The paint was chipped noticeably in several locations in the room, there was sticky residue(maybe gum) stuck on the carpeting inside our room. The bathroom tub was peeling and in need of a refinish. Also, I’m by no means a stickler and I know it’s hard for the hotel to control but someone in a neighboring room kept smoking weed on their balcony and we had to keep our balcony door shut to keep the smell from seeping in. Wouldn’t care on another day but we were traveling with our baby so I’d say this hotel isn’t really family friendly. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Was it okay as a last minute stay? Yes for sure.

Hotel was dated but nice Every rquest we made was not honored. The TVs were old so no one could watch the Eagles game on Peacock. We request a room 3 months ago toward the top we were give a room on the 4th floor. The staff spoke broken english and we had a hard time understanding some. Location was great pool was nice and clean rooms were dated but nice other than tv issues. Staff issue were not really acceptable in my opinion. We also asked about our 15 dollar food credit and were told they would get back to us, no one did. Overall we will not return to this property when we return to Ocean City.
