We booked this hotel to evacuate from a hurricane. We never checked in and were still charged for 2 nights. I reached out to the hotel asking if the fees could be waived since it was due to the hurricane and no one got back to me. Many hotels sold out and they easily could have allowed someone else to have our room instead of inconveniencing us further in a natural disaster.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Toilet took several flushes to clear ( and no, not because I had Mexican for dinner) Parking is expensive and registering a bit of a hassle. Good location.

The property was clean well maintained and safe to visit lovely clean rooms and treated with a smile. Made me feel like I was family wit them would like to visit again
