I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's a very convenient location. Super close to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and the highways. The hotel itself seems fairly new, nicely decorated, super clean and comfortable. The staff is always polite and professional. The drinks at the bar are also great!

Originally, my booking was completed by Hotel.com. After realizing that they booked me for the wrong date, I contacted them to correct the booking. They stated that I needed to speak to you. I paid for a corrected booking through your site and paid a premium rate. I was okay with paying the higher rate because I enjoyed my previous stays. When I got to the hotel, I immediately cancel the booking for the incorrect booking but the person that checked me in refused to refund the money and stated that I needed to contact corporate but did not give me contact information. He canceled the booking and took no additional actions. In addition, we had to pay for parking, $26.00. This is not advertised but was sent 1 day before my arrival. There was no security or gated parking. What was I paying for??? Your property is beautiful. The only problem that I experienced is that the air in my room did not work and the team had to move us to another room. This was too much to deal with for a one night booking!

Clean room. Aloft always charges its patron for parking which I feel as a frequent traveler is a disservice to the patron. 1 small mixed drink from the bar is $20 (size of a small drink from McDonald’s or somewhere similar). For the amenities and price, could have been better. But otherwise good clean stay for a quick trip.
