The property is located close to Universal Studios. The Titanic Experience is next door. There is a lot to do around this property. The rooms are clean. There's plenty of things to do kids. There's a waterpark, heated pool on cold days, and an arcade with put put golf. The staff are friendly. We will definitely stay there again! Great experience!

Ok, so, for what you pay, it’s deft. Worth it. Coco key is affordable, family friendly, small yet big enough and the water park is truly a plus for the kids. We used it for a quick 3 night stay while touring other parks and attractions. The weather was unfortunately a little too cold but the girls refused to get out of the water park. I wasn’t a fan of the food options and the drinks are pricey for the place but I did appreciate the convenience store inside. I give it a 4 because the rooms are pretty out dated, food and drink prices don’t match the property.

When we booked online, we were told that the waterpark would be open. When we checked in at night, we were told that the waterpark would be open. When we woke up, we were told that they couldn’t open the waterpark because it was under 60°. It was 62. The water park is the only reason we chose to stay in this hotel and why we checked with them in advance to see if the waterpark would be open. Our children were hugely disappointed.

Has everything family needs, we visit Orlando in November 2024 the room as clean, with microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. The water park is a plus for the kids entertainment, my niece love it. Breakfast was good and worth it the price. The location is very convenient and has stores and other things around like the titanic museum. Stephanie from Brazil on the Front Desk was very polite and helpful with my family. Was a great time!

Amazing! the price was affordable and great amenities. Very kid friendly hotel. My kids loved the water park. Breakfast was really good with so many options. Room was clean and well kept up with. A lot was remodeled so it was a very nice stay for us!

The hotel is great for kids, waterpark for kids and teens, an arcade and restaurant in sight. The rooms were "ok", CLEAN but the shampoo and soap bottles were empty. Parking was very convenient!

The pool area is nice but the rooms are old and not clean. Mole in the tube and very dusty. Rooms are not cleaned properly.

It’s in a great location. They do their absolute best to keep the facility in order but it’s kids everywhere. You know how that goes. I became ill and the front desk had to send an ambulance. The staff has been great working with since I was admitted to the hospital. My sister had to fly in to take care of my son and he is still having a blast at the hotel. He’s met some great kids at the pool. The weather was a little chilly but they heat the pool
