Since hurricane Milton, they said the phones have had issues working, but that’s been over a month and it should be resolved. I checked in at 11:30 and I need a wake up call for 330. Hopefully my phone wakes me up.

The hotel is clean outside but poorly lit outside not a great area. The lady at the front desk was not friendly and did not inform me the phones were down. I was traveling with a disabled person and she was not accommodating. The room floor was disgusting I couldn’t take my shoes off. Floor was wet dirty and the curtain is not in properly felt uncomfortable. Didn’t ask for a room change because I am traveling with a disabled person. Never again

This property gave me the skeeves from the moment the front desk employee scanned 2 key cards but only gave me one. My husband was waiting in the car and when we got to the room with our child, it smelled moldy and dank. I wiped the high touch surfaces and they were filthy. The carpet was discolored in several spots and the metal bases of the lamps had visible rust spots indicating long term moisture issues in this ADA room. We walked back to the desk within 15 minutes of arriving and requested a refund. We were offered another room with the explanation that since the storms they were having problems with some rooms. This was obviously long term conditions and so we declined a room replacement.

It’s a nice hotel but the lighting in my room was out. I asked the guy to change the room. He told me they don’t do that so I wouldn’t recommend going back there cause as customers we should be able to change the room if we don’t like it.

Only if you need to sleep for a night.
I wouldn’t recommend. The first room had mold, the next room the toilet handle was broke, the third room the toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to use the lobby restroom. The bed slept ok, it’s a 20 in tv in the room. Overall all it looked clean, but you could tell they sprayed mold killer on the ceilings.

WORSE THAN A QUICK TRIP TO HELL
Worse than horrible.needed room for Hurricane Milton evac from Port Charlotte. Toilet leaked at base in bathroom which made the floor slipper. I booked room for 3 nights and left after the first night. Only 1 towel for 2 people. Guests next door partied till 3 am I had 3 pets. Called front desk several times with rude and poor service. Told Juan I wanted a full refund he said stay you pay and yelled on phone at me. He originally told me I’d get a full refund. He lies as well as his female desk clerk no grab bar in shower bathroom floor extremely slippery. Want a full refund

Two night stay.. upon check in... Front desk staff advised that there were issues with TV. Some room had no TV, others were missing Remote. Even was advised that the room I was given, the tv had to be turn on from the side. During my entire stay O have no YV signal.

Inexpensive and was only there one night. Coffee was bad. Staff was wonderful. They were preparing for a hurricane and had everything outside cleaned. Room was nice. Please could use some update's and painting in areas. I can tell they are trying to maintain a older building.
