I have stayed here twice and had issues with the air conditioning unit both times. The first time the AC didn’t work properly and maintenance came and didn’t resolve the issue. The second time the heat would not work and water dripped from the unit itself. I love staying here as the staff is great. The property clearly needs to be updated.

I wanted to like it here, but it was just so-so. The property/building/room is definitely aging and not in a good way. There was a strong sulfur odor and I’m sensitive to smells so it made me nauseous. But we were only there for one night before an early flight.

Quick and smooth check in. Friendly front desk staff. Super clean room. Only two things I was not happy with were: 1. Room was smaller than ones I have previously stayed at same exact property & location. 2. Bed headboard was detached from bed itself and instead attached to wall. I have stayed at same exact property before and did not have above issues.

The room was in serious disrepair. The bathroom light flickered every time you turned it on, carpet was old, dingy and dirty, old water leaks in the bathroom that tried to be repaired and is not, bathroom door warped and metal is rusted due to leaks and toilet ran constantly. I did not even desire to try the food, but the bar area was nice and Mikela was a highlight.

Everything about the room was average. However, when we woke up in the morning and turned on the lights we noticed ants everywhere. Mostly in the bathroom. They were the little tiny sweet ants but they were all over everything. They were coming out of the sink area and got in my toiletry bag, my make up brushes, make up, crawling all over our toothbrushes. They also made their way to the room and found their way to the tv/ desk area and found our clothes. The front desk did not seem to care which makes me believe they know they have an ant problem.

I stayed for a week due to no power from hurricane and to de stress. The hotel clerk was very kind and thoughtful to my circumstances . They noticed my Do not disturb sign on door 2 days in a row. I got a call from front desk to check if I was ok and if I needed anything just call. Top notch customer service. There are lots of mature trees in parking lot, felt like I was in the country side, very relaxing walks. I enjoyed my stay very much. I would recommend this hotel to my friends,family and others. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful and relaxing stay 👍
