Great property and the room was perfect. Only issue seemed to be the elevators not all working and there was usually a bit of a wait. Easy walking distance to some of the major landmarks.

Hotel was good but there was no where to put our luggage. The spot in the closet is too small and they do not have luggage racks available. Our luggage had to go on the floor and be opened and closed when needed as the rooms are small. May seem like a little thing but so annoying.

Post cruise
This was the end of our cruise. We stayed in London for an extra couple days to sight see. Cabs sit outside the hotel all the time so it was easy to get a ride to do our sightseeing. They have a restaurant on the 1st floor and a cafè in the lobby that has a Starbucks in it. The rooms are nice but didn’t cool as well as we would have liked. The rooms are modern but strange. The hallways are very dark and strange. But overall the stay was good.
