location was convenient. room was clean checkin process took way too long - (at least 15 or more minutes) There was only a security person at the front desk and he put me on the phone with the property manager for confirmation

Fake News!!!
Terrible experience. Hotel is not as advertised. Called hotel and asked if they had a gym, mini golf, basketball court, tennis court and they said yes. Upon arrival, they told me this property did not have any of those amenities. They were on their other property in Orlando. When I requested to b transferred to the Orlando property, they told me there was nothing they can do for me. After I booked at another hotel, the mgr offered me a transfer 7 hrs after I already booked my new reservation. Mgr admitted fault, but advised only hotels.com can issue me a refund since I booked thru a 3rd party. Hotels.com opened a case but never gave me a refund . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE for a Silver Rewards member!!!

Check in was slow only because there was a problem with another room. My room was very clean and updated. 3 room suite gave plenty of room for my family of 5. Very comfortable. I will be staying here again next time im in the area.

They sold out my room and tried calling me the same day as check in, then had me go to a sister location 25 minutes away, where it still took 45 minutes to check in and get everything straightened out from their screw up.

Good location and nicely renovated new units. However the amenities in the unit and on/around the property were lacking. I imagine this must be because it is fairly newly renovated and perhaps they will add more in the future. But a kids area such as jungle gym/splash pad and more amenities in the rooms (coffee machine/pot, etc.) would be a great start

Comfortable at a compact property
I had a 1BR suite/condo. I liked the accommodations and found everything to be very roomy and comfortable. There was plenty of light, the furniture was in good shape, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was quite large. One negative is that the connecting door to a neighboring unit needs to be replaced with a more soundproof door. I could hear too much of the neighbors when I was in the kitchen. But, when in the the bedroom, it was very quiet. It isn't the newest property. But, it looks like the property could be undergoing a refreshing, from the looks of half the buildings. I am hoping that the rest are scheduled to be as well. For me, one of the selling points was that it is a smaller property. It is easy to return from being away. There's no external gate/guard and one is parked and inside in no time at all.

Stayed in the new 3 bedroom suites. Clean, spacious and a fair price. Beds fairly comfortable. A/c was very loud, though. Lots of dishes and utensils in the kitchen, dishwasher made clean up easy. Great customer service, brought things we needed quickly after a phone call to the front desk. Friendly, helpful staff. Has a small pool, though didn't have time to use this trip. A ton of restaurants and stores nearby. Close to Disney, about 10-15 minute drive. Will be back for sure when traveling with a larger party.

This is a small condo resort wedged between other properties. Staff are welcoming and efficient. The three bedroom unit we stayed in was spacious and appeared newly renovated. Everything was very clean and tidy. The only downsides were that the room had a bit of a damp smell and outside one of the bedroom windows there were two large AC units that made a lot of noise. I'd say this is a good place for a stopover but not somewhere I'd stay for more than a few nights.
