This hotel needs some TLC. They only come in and refresh the rooms every other day but they clearly need to be deep cleaned and scrubbed down. It would make a world of difference. Another disappointment was the 110.00 dollars we paid for parking. That was ridiculous on top of the room fees. We go to Orlando several times a year. I needed the space for my group which is why I booked here but we will definitely stay somewhere else next time. I have stayed at the other properties next door to this hotel and had a much better experience.

Even though the Property was under renovation it was very quiet. You couldn’t tell the renovation were going on. It is a well layout hotel. A bit dated. Looking forward to going back and seeing what changes are made.

The room was not clean at all I had to clean all the surface in the room with my own sanitizers I had to buy to have. Clean room for family for the week !!! We ran out off toilet paper ,, and they charge for parking that's too much we already pay for the week to stay there way should we have to pay for parking still never staying here again !!!!!

Bad but good for Francisco rovas
The hotel In total remodeling, they only reported that it was one area, but you could hear the noises, the dust, there was no water for a few hours, the dishwasher in the room was damaged and never worked. I would only return for the attention of the housekeeper supervisor Francisco Rivas, he made everything bad a better experience, he solved what he could, always looking out for us and offered solutions, so that the stay was good, I admire his commitment to Marriott

The hotel was under construction when we checked in which we were unaware of at time of booking, but it wasn’t too noisy where we were. The complimentary breakfast is the same thing every day, so if staying longer than a day or 2 it gets old fast. The housekeeping was awful, they never cleaned the bathrooms during our entire stay, I asked to have them cleaned one day and they came in took the old towels, made the beds and left. Rarely gave us new towels so we always had to go down to the fro t desk to get some. We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and loved it, they had bacon and waffles and pancakes, this time it was pork or turkey sausage and French toast sticks, somedays they had pancakes but never changes the meat. The Mickey Mouse waffles that they say they have they didn’t have due to the renovations. They charge a lot for parking, $26/night and laundry cost $4/wash and $4/dry. The location is close enough to Disney and the rooms are spacious. Having 2 bathrooms is nice with a larger family.

We traveled with a large family so this hotel was able to accommodate us with the space we needed. We stayed in their 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were very clean but needed some updates, mainly in the bathroom. Couch also seemed dirty and needed a steam cleaning. I also felt that paying $27 a night for parking in an open unsecured parking lot was ridiculous. Then they have signs posted saying they are not responsible for damage or thief, so what am I paying for?
