Should have had a free night stay.
My stay was okay not up to my standards the first room was great until we seen a roach in our room for the amount of money i spent and other spend at that hotel it should be extremely clean. Very disappointing factor i should have went on my social media and complained to my 2.1million followers but that’s embarrassing to realize i stayed at Hotel that had roaches. The hotel needs to have laundry rooms on every floor it’s a huge hotel i think they make enough money to accommodate that. And every suite needs to have all the cutlery and cookware if it has a kitchen. But they definitely have huge rooms which we liked a lot.

Close to Disney world Resort and Disney Spring. The shuttle to Disney World was late in our first of stay, but we took Lyft to Disney world and it only took a few minutes for us to arrive.

I have never made a review on a hotel until today. Please do not go to this hotel, I had to change rooms 3 times at 11pm on check-in because of a/c noise issues to finally end up in one that had one working well but everything else in it was unacceptable. Beds are horrible they’re so outdated it felt like I was sleeping on a tilted plywood. This ruined our family short getaway to Disney, mom’s back was destroyed and I was extremely fatigued to walk the park the next day. The following night I had to ask for several more pillows and lay them out across the bed just for us to get some better comfort when laying down. I am not exaggerating this hotel is a nightmare. The only morning I went to breakfast with my brother and his family who was also staying on the same floor there were roaches near the elevators and game room which is very close to the dining area. To top everything off the most concerning part of this stay was my brother having to change rooms because of a waterfall type leak through light bulbs in the bathroom. This could of been a major hazard to our family possibly getting electrocuted and death for the lack of maintenance on this property. I don’t understand how Marriott has let this property go downhill like this. I have seen many bad reviews so I really hope they do something about this. I will never stay at this property again.
