This place was very good, we stayed at spring hill! Staff was great. Room was nice and they cleaned it every day. Parking was easy, lots of things to do around the area and places to eat.

Family oriented place, amenities such as pool, gym complimentary breakfast, customer service was good. My experience with courtyard food (Hall) was disapointing. Had a bad experience with that. One plate of food can be a mistake not two.I highly recommend a full close in net for staff due to hair being in both plates of food. The third plate was ok. Mistakes happen but it made me ordered elsewhere the remainder of the trip. My room, the balcony view was good, carpets on the floor in the room and outside hall along with sofa can use some cleaning. Overall it didnt ruin my family trip. We had a good time. It was an awesome stay at the Springhill, very near to many places. Would like to try their other two hotels which is also on the same properties. My family and I enjoyed the stay.

Great location, not so good beds.
Our room was very clean, but the beds were very disappointing. Mattress were hard and worn-out. I was scared the springs were going to come out of the mattress. Other than that, staff was very pleasant. Great location to Disney Springs, Outlets, restaurants and I-4 Hwy. Would probably stay here again.

Great job!
Our stay at Springhill Suites was great. The customer service was always professional and friendly. The breakfast was good. But if you don't go at opening hours 0630 to 0730, you wont be able to get a seat or most of the food they serve. The Hotel Village was near Disney world and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. They also had their own little restaurant, gift shop and cafe. I would book here again.

We went to a medical conference and unfortunately, we’re not able to secure rooms there. This hotel had cockroaches in our bedroom and smelly rugs. The staff was not accommodating. Their standard answer was I don’t know. The windows were not secure. They didn’t close well the air conditioning was extremely loud. I will never stay here again. It is a filthy property that needs a complete makeover. And stuff that is well-versed in hospitality.
