A beautiful resort that lacked the high level of customer service that a resort should. The restaurant staff seemed stretched thin and it showed in their lack of service ( no fault of theirs as you can tell they are understaffed). Overall the resort was amazing and we would return but maybe not at long weekend prices as it’s overpriced

The restaurant staff are not properly trained. It took them 30 minutes to figure out how to split the bill. Also the service by the pool was horrible, mixed up orders and for paying $16 for a drink it was very disappointing. The only thing this place has going for it is the private beach.

Excellent pool and beach facilities. Quiet and relaxing. Felt like I was away in the Mediterranean. The restaurant could have more food options and I found the bed and pillows slightly uncomfortable.

I like that this condo resort was quiet. The restaurant was amazing and the staff were kind and attentive. It was refreshing to be able to use the pool or jump in the lake on a hot day. It was close to downtown but off the main streets. Would stay here again anytime!!!

We had everything we needed for our vacation with 3 kids under 10. The only thing I would change is there wasn’t coffee available in the lobby, the restaurant isn’t open until 8am and I had to brew using the in room machine which was malfunctioning. Next time I’ll bring my French press. Also the gym and pool opens at 8am, and I would have preferred to get up to use the gym first thing.
