There were ants in the room and all over the kids clothes when we came back from the hot tub.

Staff was rude,when asking for anything ( towels, T-P, even coffee mugs. I’d ask a question about the vending machines, was flat out ignored. One of my party was sick all over the bathroom, it took 6 hour before they came and did a barely passable cleaning. Ants in the room, sheets were to be cleaned every 3rd day, didn’t happen for us. The only saving grace was a wonderfully helpful young man at the front desk, who went out of his way to get juice for the diabetic’s needs.

There was human feces wiped on the toilet paper holder in multiple spots, at the same time my wife turned on the tv with the remote and it stunk and stuck to her hand! The room was disgusting and we left and did not stay at this resort

Absolutely loved the resort, very quiet, loved how close it was to the beach. I only wish they would’ve upgraded us to a bigger room. Specially since not a lot of rooms were booked on our stay.
