Property is a bit dated, not quite up to ES standards, but for the price is a great stay. Breakfast was great, evening reception was very thin on snack options. Carrots, celery, chip and salsa - that’s it! Parking fee is terrible. $15/day, paid thru an unknown app that asks for all details of your financial life. Not cool. As a final insult to the daily parking fee are multiple warnings that the hotel is not responsible for any damage to your car! They sell you parking, then tell you they have no responsibility for the product they just sold to you. Get past the parking insult and hotel value is very good.

Hilton needs to put money into this location
Hotel definitely needs a facelift, old and tired. The room was very rundown, needs a complete overhaul, new paint, carpet, window coverings. Even the mattresses seemed old. TV was so outdated the service guy didn’t know how to operate. Bathroom had tub with shower curtain. At Checkin hotel personal seemed tired and overwhelmed but nice. Evening reception was potato chips, carrots and celery, breakfast was very good but needed more help making omelettes, etc.

The property is quite old, and to make matters worse, the bed was not properly cleaned and had hairs all over it. Despite requesting housekeeping the next day, they still didn’t clean it. Room service was practically nonexistent—I had to go to the front desk for anything I needed.

Some plumbing issues exist. Unable to use multiple faucets and bathtub faucet leaked slowly even we tried hard to shut off. It's a very good layout, very spacious... HVAC has also minor issues, takes multiple hours to reach your limits. Very good people, breakfast is good. Complimentary Happy hour is double good. Area is super clean. Gym is small and clean.

The rooms were not kept up. There was a used bar of soap left in the bathroom shower from a previous guests before us. The 2 cribs that we ordered, one was broken. I was forced to stay in a room with 2 queens instead of 1 king (which is what I paid for) because there was no availability.the chef that was supposed to show up never did. Therefore everyone staying at the hotel had to go elsewhere for dinner. The snacks that they served were carrots, pretzels and chips with salsa and ranch dressing. Not very appeasing!

Property looks great until you walk into your room. Disgusting! I felt like I was in a Motel. Dirty walls, couch was disgusting broken amenities. The bed was low and worn out. I felt like I was in the 70s in a motel. I would never stay here again.

Good as usual, but I did notice a difference this stay. Embassy is cutting back on those things why I love staying there. I was really disappointed on the evening social hour, the appetizers were just chips & carrots w/a dip and now limited to two drinks pp. not that I drink a lot but if I wanted another, would have to pay.
