This hotel is lovely. But CAUTION…….fine print warning….it costs EXTRA (not allowed to post costs on here) PER DAY to park your car when there’s more than ample parking….acres as a matter of fact. I understand if it was LA, NY or SF but out in Palm Desert during off season and 108 degrees. I find that price gouging from the establishment so I left! They never informed me when they took my cc for deposit, I asked what it was for, they said room essentials to be refunded after my stay. NOT ONE WORD ABOUT CHARGING ME AN ADDITIONAL $xx PER DAY to park! Ridiculous, unfair, unjust unless you go deep into your reservation to read the FINE PRINT!!

Wonderful as always. Staff, facilities, and totality of stay. What I was very unhappy with- Hotels.com customer service and the effort used to not honor a match price- a difference of $100. She was adamant that it was not the same room. Questioning the whirl pool tub. I’ve been to this property multiple times- and was sure it was the same. In the end-it was the same room and the price was not matched. Moving forward- I’ll schedule directly with Marriott ( A shame since this was my fourth trip I used the website this summer)

This was a great place to stay. We were in building 8 and overlooked the "Quiet Pool" which was perfect for us. It was advertised as a two bedroom but it was really two separate units with adjoining doors via the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable (the pillows were a little soft and packed support) and the kitchen was nicely equipped with a full size fridge and a dishwasher. The only drawback was the shuttle service. Being at the far end of the complex it was a hike to get to the restaurant or store. We would call for a shuttle and were regularly told "10 to 15 minutes" which was absolutely not true. It was more like a 30 minute wait. I have no issue with this if you communicate with me but standing outside in 107 degrees with humidity waiting for 20 minutes for a shuttle was not ideal. Aside from this we had a very good experience.

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. The pools were not clean, bugs and trash were floating everywhere. Left over trash from the day before was all around the pool area. The floors in the elevator were covered with dirt and not cleaned during entire 4 day stay. The bathroom shower drain was clogged with excessive amounts of hair, a technician had to be called to unclog it. I was very disappointed.
