I would recommend this place except for an issue that occurred that quite frankly made me feel unsafe, was inexcusable and a bad customer experience. On the morning of my checkout I went to buy train tickets. I was only gone for about 40 minutes and when I returned I still had over an hour until check out. I went up to my room to find two strange men in there. Apparently they were maintenance men, but as a female solo traveler this was a rather scary experience, considering I had my jewelry and laundry out and ready to be packed. When I went to ask the front desk about it they acted like I was being crazy for being upset that there were strangers in my room. This maintenance could have waited an hour for me to check out of the room, or they could have let me know that they needed access to the room when I spoke with the front desk staff and hour earlier. I hate to give this place a bad review because everything else was wonderful. But rude front desk, and safety and security issues ruined this experience for me.

Great location
The hotel was lovely and clean with a decent sized bathroom and great water pressure. Really helpful having a lift especially for luggage. Hotel was an easy metro ride from Gare du Nord and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed 1 night at the property. The room size is good compared to Paris hotels. The room was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is safe and nice with easy access to metro line and bus as well as lots of food places and bars around.

Fantastic!
We had an excellent stay at the Prince Albert Montmartre Paris. The hotel was in a great location, handy for the metro and quite a few local places to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was modern and very clean, our room was very comfortable, the bathroom was great and the breakfast was one of the best buffet selections we have seen. All at a great price too. Highly recommended!

For a two-night business trip this was just right. Felt like a good area where people are happy to live and not touristy with a good choice of eating places if you walked around and explored. The room had everything you need and was very clean. Staff were very pleasant to deal with and no problem leaving luggage before check in or after check out. I'd come back

Montmartre stay
Found this hotel on Hotels.com. Room #604 Americans need to get over the size of European hotel rooms. You should be using them to shower and sleep in, get out and enjoy the place you are visiting !! This was a single room, just a little bigger than most cruise ship cabins I have been in. But the space was perfect. A comfortable, clean twin bed, a desk, a decent closet to hang clothes complete with safe, and still room to set large luggage on the rack provided. The bathroom was almost as big as the room because it was a handicapped accessible room. Front desk staff was always great. It’s France, there was always a good morning and good evening when you come and go. One gentleman called a restaurant for us to get our reservations, and other called a cab when two Uber’s declined us. It was a great area. Jules Joffrin and Lamarck–Caulaincourt metros nearby. Plenty of boulangeries, chocolate shops, and restaurants very close by. It was safe wandering the early morning markets as they set up and coming back around 10 pm. I might suggest not taking a sixth floor room, although after the second morning I got used to it. Before sunrise, the pigeons begin to wake up and you can hear them move on the metal roof. The elevator is actually large enough for six people or two Americans and their luggage.

Poor customer service but great value for money
Everything was great until checkout. I loved the location, the room, etc. however when it was time to checkout I was preparing for an on time departure. Unfortunately the staff began to harass me by calling and knocking on my door several times to tell me to leave even though it wasn’t 12pm yet. This was stressful and unnecessary. Even with the disruptions I was able to leave at exactly 12pm but the receptionist continued to yell at me for not leaving early! He said you can’t leave at 12, you have to leave before but he couldn’t tell me exactly what time he had expected me to check out. It was ridiculous. I have never been treated like this in any other hotel and I travel about twelve weeks a year. Aside from this man, the stay was lovely. When I emailed the hotel, the ignored me instead of apologizing.

The friendliness of the staff they were very helpful. However room service did not come to clean my room one of the nights and also the server was down one night so no Wi-Fi to connect to the internet
