Was advised that limited availability that night (next to no sleep) and was able to move next day. 2nd ‘quieter’ room was adjacent to major road junction on 1st floor. Staff were ‘apologetic’, nothing else offered. Don’t recommend and will not use Four Points Sheraton, Wellington St Perth again.

Location was perfect for an event I was attending. Secure parking close by. Friendly welcome on arrival and departure. Great choices at breakfast with friendly helpful staff. We stayed here when visiting Perth to see Jerry Seinfeld at the RAC Arena. Great location. Walked to Northbridge to eat which was close by. Breakfast Buffet was great. Parking easy although it is charged for. Rooms comfortable and clean. I’d definitely stay here again.
