We stayed here for one night and after travelling for a full day from another time zone were keen to get a good rest. There was a function going on metres from our room.It was so loud inside our room we couldn't watch tv, or talk or go to sleep. The noise level was appalling and went for hours. Whilst the function finished at 10pm, we had no ability to relax, wind down or have an early night. It would be prudent for the property to make people aware they hold functions in an area close to every room, due to the setup, and that these may include loud music and hundreds of people blocking hallways and the one small lift. To charge nearly $500 for a night without this warning is really misleading.

Restaurant Food and staff were excellent. Pool area outdated and limited space also lacking shade- needs umbrellas. Palms were half dead and unsightly. Reception service slow and unfriendly. Only one small lift to rooms which can be problematic. Room had plumbing issues. Hotel falsely advertised they provide free transport into Fremantle. Over all considering the cost of our stay I would have expected better. Rating 6/10

An otherwise very positive experience was marred by charges for a rollout bed that were not transparent at the time of booking. We booked for 2 adults and a child aged 10 years, and the booking stated a complimentary bed would be available for one child. It is reasonable to expect this bed would be suitable for a 10 year old, given we provided their age at the time of booking. After checking in, we had to request the bed only to be told it would cost extra per night - only a baby cot would be complimentary. This was not stated on the hotel’s ad on Wotif. Staff claimed they couldn’t see the details of our booking which indicates either a problem with the Wotif platform or with the hotel staff.

The place is good with a port view and it is convenient for shopping and dinning. What I didn't like is there is none of kingsize bed in any unit even the staff confirmed it with me before I went.

Nicely renovated hotel. We had a river view suite. Separate large bedroom, large living & dining room & fully appointed kitchen. The views from the room were great. A bit noisy as directly on the main road. A couple of downsides: no door flap so the strong wind and rain was actually coming into the room. The walls to adjacent room are poorly insulated/sound proofed & we could hear tv movies and music very loud each time it was turned on. Split system didn't work but they fixed it when we asked. Overall a good stay and would recommend. Staff was great. Summer days would be amazing as it has a wonderful rooftop and a nice outdoor pool. Food from the restaurant was not bad.

Lovely boutique hotel… Exceptionally clean… Close to all the Fremantle attractions… Only complaint is they took $100 from card for expenses… . Nothing mentioned on Hotels.com regarding this …Up to 5 days for that to be refunded… Seeing other than restaurant there is nothing to spend your money on seems a bit excessive… I’ve just changed to the Hilton garden Inn at Busselton and they take $0.00 as a hold. Also no balconies and further from water than pictures on hotel.com appear to be.

The remote for television didn't work properly, bedside lights could be better, all that aside loved the place and would recommend to anyone . I however do not understand the large variation of room price from one day to the next????
