NEAR CAROUSEL SHOPPING AND CURTIN UNIVERSITY - This cosy home consists of a modern and cozy open plan living, down lights to living area, paved all weather alfresco, lock up garage and a storage to store your extras.

The space

It is a perfect lock and leave property with security alarm installed for short or medium term travellers

Guest access

Guests have access to the whole house and can use all the facilities provided, the kitchen is stocked if you would like to cook, we have an iron, hairdryer and a washing machine if you need to use them. Please make yourself at home when you stay at our place.

Interaction with guests

The unit is totally private and all to yourself with its own driveway for your car parking. The front porch and whole backyard is for you to use/share and enjoy.

a) Self Check in after 3pm – using lockbox

b) Please ensure you have booked for the correct amount of guests.

c) PLEASE USE DISHWASHER TO CLEAN DISHES AND COOKWARE . Although a professional cleaner will perform cleaning between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving you clean and put away any dishes and kitchenware used (that is why a dishwasher is provided with cleaning tablets)

d) PLEASE place any used towels in the laundry basket.

e) STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE - there is plenty of outdoor space!
(ashtrays must be used if smoking outdoors)

f) NO PARTIES / FUNCTIONS

g) NO guests/visitors other than those booked are allowed to STAY OVERNIGHT.

h) Please also respect our neighbours. NO noise after 10.00pm

i) We are a sustainability host. We ask that you switch off the lights and Air Conditioning while it is not in use or when you are leaving the house.

j) If there are any accidents, please do let us know. We might be able to fix it easily.
