We usually stay here on our frequent trips to Perth and normally are happy with the accommodation and service It is was a bit disappointing this trip has when we reported that there was no hot water the concierge wasn’t very concerned nor did they even apologise for the inconvenience. No answer to our call from the room about the issue either

Bathroom and kitchen area not really clean, ie. floor and benchtops sticky, Supplies not replenished until requests to reception which were acted on. Great place, clean and organised. Was there foe the weekend so a lot of shops around were closed. Have that in mind its just outside of busy areas, which is nice quiet. Closest shop area is Subiaco - 15-20min wallk
