We offer sensationally located accommodation at an affordable price. The property can comfortably sleep 10 guests with 2 bedrooms each with queen beds, a 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds and a 4th walk-through bedroom with king single bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Outdoor covered patio area with table setting for 8 and gas barbecue. Reverse cycle air-conditioning to living areas and ceiling fans in three of the four bedrooms. On bus route 594 from Mandurah Train Station.
Cleaning Option:
If you wish to take full advantage of your holiday and take a vacation from cleaning, you can pay the optional cleaning fee with your rental balance and the Property Owner will complete the vacate clean so you can simply pack up and end your holiday.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Minimum 2 night stay.
Copy of identification required at time of booking to secure reservation.
Person booking the home must be 25 years or older (ID required).
No school leavers or parties. Family/business use ONLY.
The booking Guest is responsible for the behaviour of all visitors.
Please refrain from using the jetty furthest into the canal. The one closest to the house is our jetty.
Payment and cancellation policy:
Deposit due within 48 hours with id to secure reservation.
All cancellations will incur a loss of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will incur a loss of 100% of the total booking price, unless the property can be re-let.
$500 bond due 7 days prior to arrival - refundable upon property inspection. Instances when the bond may be retained include but are not limited to:
• The property is to be left in the state it is upon arrival of the Guest, meaning all electrical appliances and lights turned off, locks secured, house cleaned and in good order. The Applicant is therefore required to clean the property prior to vacating, to the standard it was found upon arrival. Cleaning equipment and products are provided for your use. Failure to leave the property in its original state will result in a cleaning fee of $90.00 being deducted from the Bond upon departure (unless Cleaning Option has been purchased).; and
• Pets are not permitted on any of the furniture under any circumstances. All excretions are to be removed from the property by the Guest. Noise is to be kept to a minimum and if any complaints are laid by neighbours the pet must be removed from the property. Bond funds will be utilised for any damage caused by pets (ie cleaning furniture if this clause is breached).
