Ripped and stained
Ripped mattress, stained couch and chair. You are a hotel. The beds SHOULD be your priority! Disgusting chair and couch. Staff - when looking to make myself a coffee in the morning the desk clerk said “what are you doing?” Not “can I help you”. I do not recommend this hotel at all. So much better can be had for this money.

I should have stayed somewhere else. Part of my room number was missing no big deal but still walk in to the room and was hit with a musky smell and a faint smell of mold walked into the bathroom there was hair on the ground along with paint it looks like they tried to paint recently the tub had stains in it walked in to where the bedroom is off the bathroom noticed a ceiling tile completely missing. Went to the sitting area and noticed under the window there was some bubbling of the wallpaper that normally only happens when there has been water introduced meaning water damage those also clumps of hair and dust bunnies just randomly on the ground the room was not dusted either I ended up just taking one of my microfiber cloths that I had on me and I ended up just dusting the room myself there was also some blue dunk on the shower walls along with the top of the shower shower head was nasty there was no water pressure the mechanism that you pull up to get the shower going was just spraying water. i did go down to the front desk and there was a lady working there was already three people in line two complained about the water pressure along with one of them his remote wasn't working then when it was my turn I stated my issue and I asked if I could get my room switched she said that the computers were down and she could not do anything till they came back up. But never heard anything mentioned it this morning when I was checking out and he said was sorry nothing more

Check in was not ‘friendly’. Reservation said king and queen beds. Was told on arrival king and double. One room had a portable AC unit, super loud and the window it was venting out of was not sealed, bugs in the room and 401 noise all night. Bathroom tub drain rusted badly. Old coffee spill on vanity
