We got the suite. Both rooms were well furnished and modern. TVs mounted. Good size space for a kitchen with actual plates and utensil. I would recommend this hotel again

Our booking was overbooked and we were put into a one bedroom suite for five people. We had booked a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. No additional cost was available and one of the kids was forced to sleep on the sofa cushions on the floor. Everything in the area was fully booked so we had no choice. Fortunately it was for one night only. No contact was made with us beforehand and we only found out about this issue when we checked in.

Perfect for our stay. Breakfast was very good, hotel was clean and hallways looked modernized. My only complaint was the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable and ready to be replaced. Apart from that the room was everything we expected and our stay very enjoyable.

This hotel was disappointing some of the staff were great and helpful some were rushed and rude. I upgraded our room once we got there it was clean but the air conditioning was broken, the stove wouldn’t turn off and the tv kept turning on and off by itself. We did let the staff know about it and nothing got fixed. The pool was as nice and clean.

Staff was not at desk at time i arrived. Waited almost 10 mins for someone to show up at desk. She was rude and short. The 250 hold seemed excessive for a 1 nights stay. And the working girls seemed to enjoy propping the back door open for the johns. I was asked by three seperate women if my name was "so and so". The room was nice but clearly the staff could be trained better.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable however the pullout mattress was extremely uncomfortable. This was addressed with staff who explained that the couches are shipped here from USA. You have the option that next time you notice this you can be provided with more blankets to add more cushion…anyways..The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, but the quality of the food was average.
