Very clean property .. amazing service, breakfast is great was a little disappointed that it seemed like they couldn’t find my reservation and gave me a room very different than I reserved also I had requested a bathtub and I was given a walk in shower only ..which seems like very poor customer service from booking management .. I was also charged extra for the room I didn’t reserve, but was reimbursed, the young lady who helped at check out was exceptionally and above and beyond courteous and professional and very apologetic ( wasn’t her fault ) ..rooms are very clean, and staff is very nice , room has an entire kitchen set up but no stove top to actually cook on , which was confusing . travel for business quite a bit and prefer to book rooms that make me feel like I have home away from home .. laundry room and exercise room were a bonus as well

Was not happy that when we should up 3 hours after checkin time there was not a room available! Excuse was due to short staffed and there was a bunch of people there before that had to clean. Did not keep up on breakfast had to wait for food and coffee. Did like the size of the rooms and pool area!

Hotels and room were clean. Room was comfortable and quiet. The big disappointment was the lace of a full kitchen. A kitchen needs a stove/oven not just a microwave.
