The location of the hotel was great and the service was fine. They had a very nice common area that was great for my morning coffee. The room could have definitely been cleaned better (stains on walls and a piece of chewed gum stuck to bed frame- who does that!?!? Eww) and the pool/hottub needed some more cleaning. Also, there were some elevator issues fortunately we were on a low floor and could easily use the stairs.

I paid for a ocean view, balcony, and I got a eyelevel view of a roof top with several vents, including a bathroom vent, as my view. The smell was awful, the window seals were broken, and of course the mini split a/c unit was pulling in all the bad air. When i called to complain their answer was a refund could not be given because I was staying the night. Late in the afternoon where was i going to get another room? Unacceptable.

Great amenities, wahoo beach bar was amazing to order from the beach and pool. The entrance to the beach with free chairs was great. They do provide umbrellas but must get there early. There is a gym but very small.

Beautiful clean hotel for a beach get away. Comes with two chairs a nice umbrella to enjoy your beach day. Nice pool. And amazing food at the restaurant. Very pet friendly too if you want to bring your dog for a few though I think.

Got wrong room Booked king with balcony and received no balcony. Switched rooms with 2 queen beds. Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. 2 beers and 2 mixed drinks with crab cake and burger was 120$. No maid service came to room was told that because we switched rooms the staff wasn’t notified to clean. Very limited menu

The Hotel was nice and clean. The beach access is a great bonus. We were told by restaurant staff that there was no room service when the website clearly stated there was. Website also scheduled nightly live music entertainment but never heard anything.
