There weren’t bathing towels available and we had to ask for them. There were no microwaves to use to heat up food. No one answered the phone for room service, dining or front staff, so we weren’t able to order it.

The location was perfect. They had chairs and umbrellas for the beach but the distribution process was haphazard. The AC in my room was so noisy I thought someone was drilling outside my window. The staff was not helpful at all. I understand this is a new hotel but the staff needs to be better trained to actually be helpful and pleasant.

Lovely beachy hotel
Hotel is updated, pretty and pleasant, right on the water with two great places to eat. Food was delicious at both. I love that the beach attendants carry out the beach chairs and umbrella and place it for you. All of the attendants were friendly and helpful. My only improvement would be for housekeeping to sweep and mop your room daily. Our feet were very dirty after walking on the floors & I've never experienced that in a hotel. Despite that, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!
