Our recent vacation at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was nothing short of spectacular, and it completely lived up to its name. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty, with a seamless check-in process and a refreshing welcome drink that set the tone for the entire stay. If you are looking for a relax hotel this is the one . Me and my girl enjoy every bit of it . This hotel is good for every age . And the swim up suit I got was 100% . Huge shout out to our main guy Osvaldo . Always available to help .

Our vip status wa recognized until we were checking out. The woman that check this out. Did not give a us the discount we were supposed to get for our massage. She said Expedia did not put us as VIP customers. I told her when we checked in they gave us an envelope with an upgrade that said VIP and then showed it to her. She stuck to expect not putting us S vip members. I refused to argue about the spa discount and told her I have stayed here two other times and never had a problem. That I would take it up with Expedia. When I returned home I called Expedia and they said I was listed as a Vip which I already knew from when we got there. I don't know if the woman at check out was new or not but Expedia gave me credit for spa. Which should have been done at the resort. We Absolutely love this resort have Even been to the one in Cancun and would highly recommend it.

My husband and I vacationed here for our 1year anniversary, and we loved it. We had an amazing time. The room was clean. The staff was very professional. Our butler was attentive. The food was delicious. Everything was amazing. 10/10 I highly recommend.

As always I had an incredible time at the Majestic Mirage but in this occasion I have so much more to be grateful for, I had the pleasure of celebrating my wedding and the results were fantastic. Many thanks to Christy my wedding planer, Laydi my wedding coordinator who made my experience beyond amazing. I had a group of 47 people with me, everyone was able to find dining reservations and have fun around the area. (Of course human beings always find a way to complain, specially my family who doesn’t come from much but are very difficult) for their negative complains all I can say is that if someone cant be happy in an event like this (my wedding), is not the hotel fault but what they have inside. Again an incredible experience I will be always back to this hotel where i have been able to accumulate so many good experiences and now even more. Food was great, drinks awesome, champagne all around, my room was fantastic, beach was clean, shout out to Luis our mayordomo who made our stay amazing as well.

This place was amazing. Our butler Bolivar made sure we were good with what we needed every day and the entertainment staff was great. Shout out Roberto, he was the best!

This hotel is one of the worst I think in all of Punta Cana. The food is very low quality, cold, nothing to eat, it's the same every day, they don't change, they don't have any food clips to grab the food, my baby is allergic to peanuts and I had to think about what clips she would grab because there was no buffet, they don't have any equipment and little to no drinks, and what they order doesn't even give you alcohol, my room, the private pool was dirty, just like the public one, they made the foam party and the next day at 12 noon there were balloons floating around, breaking the room, the pillows were awful, the bathroom was dirty, cockroaches in the room and in the hallways, my worst experience in this hotel 0/10

Everything was great except for the American sports bar restaurant went there twice and the food was very disappointing and also the buffet the food was very disappointing. Other than that everything else was perfect.
