Friendly staff , very clean property with multiple places to eat. The sports bar open 24hours Horus was very helpful. The entertainment team was also very engaging Valentine , and Kenny . The rooms were very spacious and cool. The shower was my only issue as the water leaked through the bottom apart from that I enjoyed my stay

Arrived and was given a lesser room than our friends yet we paid exact same. Was informed it was the same level repeatedly. Finally after much argument, they moved us into the identical rom as our friends. Also was told resort would close when we left for renovations however two days prior they began with jackhammers, closing of common areas, restaurants, bars. We sat listening to this non stop. We even listened to entertainment with the jackhammers pounding away directly behind them. I did not sign up to go to a resort with that ongoing disturbance.

This is a beautiful stay, I highly suggest it. I came to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff surprised me with champagne and balloons on the day. The staff was very sweet and accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed.

Visit #10 to the Mirage and it again didn't disappoint! Beautiful as always, relaxing and just what we needed! As always, though, it's the amazing people! From our old friends (the GOAT!) Juan Bernardo, Luis, Rafi, Tehani, Charley, Ana and Frascesca, to our amazing butler Omar and so many new friends (Joel, Fernandito, Noemi, Ameryus, Olga, Jose Manuel, Daily, Cesar and so many that I've missed!). The people and incredible service are what sets Majestic apart, we can't wait to be back to our favorite place!

I like that the bedroom suite is spacious with two toilets. Guests are entertained with daily programs and night time entertainments. Resort is very clean and services is superb. Their staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I had a beautiful experience.

The property was very elegant and the staff were all VERY friendly and helpful. Our butler Leonel was exceptional he helped us with everything from dinner reservations to excursion bookings. Big shout out to the all staff of the Marketplace cafe.

Our entire stay exceeded our expectations! The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. There are so many food options and the beach is beautiful. Our butler, Arturo, was the best! He was so kind and answered every question we had. He checked in everyday and made sure we were having a great time. It was truly a great trip!
