The property was dirty, stinky and behind the dishwasher was a bunch of cockroaches and the bathroom was dirty. I have to buy bleach to clean it. In my opinion it’s 0 stars and a waste of money.

I found this property to be comfortable, and the upstairs area was nice and homely with the kitchen and tv. Staff were polite and helpful, and woolworths and other restaurants were very close. I would recommend.

Excellent location opposite Rosehill Racecourse with a pub down the road. Our room (room 1) was pretty noisy with being on main road and front gate opening and closing till all hours. Rooms down the back would be way quieter. Overall, I'd stay again.
