Beautiful property. Rooms are very nice, deluxe, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Property for kids is amazing! Activities and park recommended for kids mostly 12 and under. Unfortunately in our experience food was terrible in the restaurants at their property. They need to work on food and drinks to make the experience excellent.

Beach area you get attacked by vendors, pool area no waiters to serve you, no food by the pool at all. No toys for kids to play at pool or beach. Food options are the same and no authentic food besides fruit. Roach in my room, old furniture. Was basically made to go to a savings club presentation that was horrendous. Arcade games non functioning mostly, "all inclusive?" Pay extra for slime, extra for character breakfast, extra for Lobster. In room dining .. better off starving! The worst food i ever had.

Worst all inclusive resort i have been, everything from service to food was a disaster they assigned a concierge to you and if you don’t wanna have the breakfast with them to sale you the membership they mistreat you. My family and I including 2 kids a 8years old and a baby 5 months old had to sleep in a room with no AC at 80F (27C) for 2 nights. Overall i DO NOT recommend this place to noone.

Stay away, I had such high hopes for this stay, after watching the lovely you tube video and hearing of the great food. This all must have been when they opened. From the second I stepped foot in the lobby it was bad. Nothing good to say everything was just horrible, food, wait times to eat just bad bad bad. I would not stay here if it was free.
This was the line at breakfast on a Tuesday morning, dinner was no different.

Found a dead cockroach in our food. Disgusting. Will not be coming back here! We had a corner swim out suite. The room and resort was esthetically beautiful and we really enjoyed our time in our room. My kids also loved the character pop up surprises and the shows. However, the rest of the trip was not so great. There is a HUGE tip reliance. If you dont tip every single time you have an interaction with a worker then expect to be ignored. Now the food…… we found it to be overall mediocre. We found a few good items (fried chicken by waterpark, a few items at the buffet, spacewalker) but overall it wasnt that great. The last night we were there we found a DEAD COCKROACH in the mac n cheese we ordered via room service. The food from room service comes saran wrapped. So there is no chance the cockroach hopped in anywhere else. It came from the kitchen. Now, my 2 year old was this before our discovery and we were livid. Front desk was not helpful. All we got was an apology and the info for the manager. There is a serious concern for the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen. It also makes me wonder what else i unknowingly ate during my week there. It was absolutely disgusting and was the cherry on top to the whole experience.

Piensen bien antes de venir a este hotel , todo ay que pagarlo , el buffet ay un calor que es imposible comer , en los 5 días que fui solo hubo helado 2 veces los demás días no había helado , los personajes nunca salen , la comida en los restaurantes es muy mala y solo ay dos restaurantes siempre están llenos. El hotel no es bueno yo lo no recomiendo fuimos un grupo de 15 y nadie se quedó feliz porfavor lean los reviews antes de sacar reserva
