I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to party. The RIU parties were so much fun! The food was okay at best. The room I felt like was stuffy. The bartenders at the bar in the all adults pool were the best! Definitely made the stay better. The beach is beautiful!! The only complaint I have that had nothing to do with the hotel was the amount of 16-18 year old high schoolers who were staying there were so annoying and had no manners.. throwing money at the staff to give them drinks was ridiculous. They also took up most of the room at the all adults pool and were picking fights with the older guests.

The RIU was a fantastic resort stay with everything you could expect a more. Plenty of dining options and beautiful scenery. The hosted parties are amazing and super fun for adults. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. I could not recommend this resort enough and hope to go back!

The resort felt very safe and family oriented, I was traveling alone. The evening entertainment was not very exciting at all. The staff ranged from the front desk being super helpful to the dining staff being of little to no help(even rude at times). I would come back not due to the staff but due to the feeling of it being safe for the family.

The staff is very welcoming and they are in a good mood and really bring up the atmosphere, however the food is AWFUL. I have never gotten food poisoning in my life but I got it here and it was the worst day in my entire life.

This was our first visit to a Riu property & definitely not our last. The staff was incredible! Food was great. No skimping on food or alcohol, unlike other all-inclusive resorts. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend Riu Palace Punta Cana!
