I recently stayed at the Riu Punta Cana All Resort and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the amenities were top-notch. The all-inclusive package was a great value, and I can't wait to return for another vacation. Highly recommend!

So, my review is as this, the hotel is beautiful, and it is a big hotel, i think at the time of them building it, they wasted a lot of space, causing a lot of unnecessary walking through out the hotel. It is a very long walk to the pool, and the beach, when you get over there you don't wanna move and walk back, because it's way too long. Besides that, the room that me and my wife stayed in we discover that the hotel was infested with roaches, it got very bad to where we saw on the bed at 4am and all over the room, where we had to go down to the hobby and ask for another room. When we got the 2nd room they still had to spray, for bugs. I think the biggest problem there is that the guess are bringing food up to the room and leaving it there. The hotel also needed more entertainment there after 11am the dj is gone and the only place to have some entertainment close at 12am. Food was great but you have allergies please ask what you're eating if you're not sure. Also, there elevator system is messed up, due to the fact that when you're taking it to the floor you want you are actually on the other side of the hotel, that was not cool. Hotel is also way to far from everything outside.

The staff were friendly, but lack English language. The rooms were very old the ceiling in the bathrooms looked like they had many water damages. The linens smelled like molded and smelled.

Room needs updating and a little more cleanest. Bathroom door hits the toilet when you open the door. Not a good place to put a toilet. Ceiling had water marks. Hotel needs more entertainment and more activities for guests.

Dear customer service I arrived to the resort on Friday 16 at the time of check in I received suite #2113 which i soon I entered I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning correctly also toilet doesn’t flush, I called counter to report it , they told me that they will send technician over to solve the problem, never came, I called again and they told that the technician was working on it, Saturday morning called again and they offered me to switch the room, went to room 0059 to see it before moving luggage, toilet had issues flushing even worth that the one on 2113, returned to counter and they promised me to fix the problem on my room 2113,this was at 1pm on Saturday ,11:00 pm still not fixed, comeback to counter and they give me a smaller room which the a/c was working good, 11:32pm after I moved my personal items to the new room #2176 I started seeing roaches coming out from the fridge and under the bed, this frustration got me on trouble with my wife which was our anivesary , this was a terrible experience with the rooms , why I paid for a suite and end in a smaller room? Attached there is a picture of one roach that I killed

Very nice resort with friendly and helpful staff. Food and choices was wonderful with many choices. Drinks keep coming and staff has no problem making strong if you like. Multiple pools and activities for kids with a beautiful beach.
