The property was a bit outdated, some pools were falling apart, room had a moldy smell. Food quality was not the best. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I did enjoy property, it was nice. Not so many dining options and terribly dislike the fact that because I am Dominican like most of the people who works here, some waiters believe that because we are local we are not tourist just as much as people from any other Country. And that just not happens in this Resort it happens in all of them. I wish this could be fix, unfortunately will only happen if they stop hiring my own people to do this job. Sad.

I stayed on August 2024. The Resort is fairly clean. We spent most of our time at the beach. The pool water was warm and sometimes looked a bit dirty, specifically the lazy river. The breakfast was great. The signature restaurants were good. But the lunch and dinner buffet were not too great.

Hotel was in beautiful grounds & on a beautiful beach. Rooms were ok but in need of refurbishment. Food was average & service especially in the buffet restaurant was awful. Staff were very rude & took ages to be served. I would definitely not return to this hotel.

It was a nice hotel. I love that they had things for all families and adults. I did feel like it was a bit disorganized. Entertainment like surfing and minigolf- you have to walk to the end of the property to reserve and then go back to it. Bit of a long walk. Restaurants seemed understaffed, which is fine but after spending more money for a nice hotel you would expect for more staff to make sure guests needs are taken care of. We waited for 15 min before eventually going to get a drink on our own. Lastly, the food in some restaurants were just cold. Its ok but there is room for improvement for the price.
