The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff provided exceptional service throughout the visit. The dining options were good. Although the quality of food was very inconsistent. It seemed to decrease in quality throughout our visit. During the daytime hours the property was very quiet. During the evening and night hours, the noise was well contained away from sleeping areas. The beach area was moderate and size but very well maintained. There were many options available for activities throughout the day. Would consider returning to this property because of the many positive areas but would like to see more consistently good quality food to make this an exceptional value for the price.

The hotel Nice and the staff was good. The time share that they push on you to buy is annoying. The say it is. It a time share, but it is just calling a timeshare a different name. Still a timeshare.

A beautiful resort, with delicious food and drink. The biggest selling point that was the staff. Our butlers, Hiram and Domingo or extraordinary! They curated experiences for us, changed appointment times with no stress and got us into restaurants that were completely booked. These two gentlemen are the biggest asset to this gorgeous resort and when we come back, we would insist that they take Care of us. Additionally, we love Pablo with the sky bar and Rojas on the beach Guadalupe in the spa was magnificent as well. I cannot recommend this resort more. We’ve stayed all over the world, but this is indeed our new favorite.

The property is incredible and lots of restaurants and amenities. I have only one suggestion. They should give you water bottles in your room and they should have water filling stations as well as cups in the cafes. In this they and age they should not be giving you plastic water bottles.

All inclusive, massive, beautiful grounds. Spacious, clean suites. More dining options than we could visit. Fun activities and events. Excellent gym. Service and friendliness from all staff was top notch. Didn't use the spa or golf course but looked good. Could use a tennis or basketball court.
