Finest is ‘fine’ , no wow factor we had hoped for and had at other excellence property. Room service slow and limited options. Many of the activities were adults only (pickleball, archery, bike rides, etc). Food was ok but nothing special . Limited pool area for family. Our 10 year old did like the blob in kids area. For price it is ok

Really beautiful resort with amazing amenities. What stood out to me to the most was the quick and detailed service. I felt sick on the last day of my stay and was nauseous the whole night. Customer service made sure I was given medical attention before my flight back which made me feel much safer. Service is truly impeccable and made me feel like the most royal guest.

Enjoyed the stay, property was as advertised. Clean, quiet and lots of things to do for kids and adults. food was ok. We lost our airpods in the room, still waiting on management to help us

Overall the hotel is excellent, the beach location, facilities, presentation and service, no complaints, but not for me again. I like to leave a hotel, walk, shop, even eat at another restaurant, but I felt a little trapped within the property, just my opinion.

Excellent property! The staff were all very friendly, the place was very clean. We really enjoyed our club two storey room, the plunge pool, the Bali beds on the beach, and the club restaurants. There was never a lack of towels and the kids club staff were all very friendly. They work so hard to entertain the kids. I’ll definitely stay here again. In terms of cons, the food at the buffet was nothing be to excited about and there was a lack of Mexican offerings at the buffet, the fruits were also surprisingly mediocre for a tropical country. It was extremely hard to find beach loungers near the main pool and the main pool is really small. The pool also gets murky very quickly everyday. For the pool activities they seem to be all on the adult size but my child wanted to join the dances and couldn’t. Overall I recommend the property.
