This was a great hotel, very welcoming, a great last night before our flights home. Shuttle to the airport was frequent, lots of room. The pool was a little cold, and no hot tub, but those were minor inconveniences. We’ll stay here again.

Checked in at 1am, no key cards for room, had to be let in every time. One night staff, barely spoke to us. Although there is a shuttle to and from airport, there is nothing near this hotel if you're wanting food or a convenient store. And the room smelled really bad! 💩

Hotel was great service in restaurant not so much. First night even though we got there before closing (well Before) only take out was available. Okay not a big deal. We booked an extra night, went in for Dinner, was very busy, pretty much to busy for the staff. Service was pretty none existent. Others werexwaiting long tines just to get an order taken. I can live with that. I work in the industry i get it. But when you spend close to 150 with tip you expect the orders to be right when you get them. Couldn't even point it out as the server never came back until it was tine to pay. No refils on drinks were delivered as requested at the time of the food being dropped yet when you pay they want a 18% tip. Busy is not an excuse for bad service especially with the high prices we pay for food. Even the service the next morning, ask for coffee never got.

The property was close to the airport and fine for the night. The walls seemed extremely thin as you could hear guests in other rooms. Amenities appeared well taken care of (fitness room/gym). Our room smelt Smokey despite it being a nonsmoking room and the shower head appeared broken as most of the water came out of the tap and not the shower head / was extremely loud when running. Overall an average stay.
