I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the view from the room was fantasticā€”overlooking a beautiful landscape, which really added to the stay. The room itself was spacious and offered plenty of room to move around, which was nice for relaxing after a long day. However, the hotel shows its age. Itā€™s definitely not a new property, and some areas could use updating. Additionally, cleanliness was a bit of an issue. While not terrible, I noticed some spots that could have been cleaner, and it gave the room a slightly neglected feel. Overall, if youā€™re looking for space and a great view, this hotel delivers, but donā€™t expect a modern or spotless experience.

To start things off, the property is advertised from its former pristine condition. Itā€™s its very run down little to no water pressure. Our toilet would barely flush because of it, it was even hard to rinse off your tooth brush. How ever the rooms were clean but a little bit older as expected. The property maintenance or lack there of appalled me. There is a large deck in the back of the building was covered in take out containers half eaten food every where it was absolutely gross. They also need restaurant that they advertise as open which no longer exists. Definitely a place I would not recommend or would ever stay again. Avoid at all costs!

We walked in survey the location it was dirty it was holes in the linen the linen was dirty there was no screen on the patio door there was no lock on the doors the bathroom is filthy it was bugs in the dresser drawers. The place was a mess. We were there 2 minutes to survey the room we turned around and went to front desk and they would not refund our money. I even sent an email to the manager he did not reply. Do not stay here.

Plumbing issues, no outlet covers. Lightbulbs not working, cooling ran by extension cords. No secure locks on the doors. Chinese restaurant now instead of citadella, The place has gone downhill under the new management.

We can hear other guests because the walls do not have sound barriers. The building is very old, smells old. Beds are not stable and uncomfortable. Linens are worn and pillows were all flat.

This property is an absolute dump , never mind the cleanliness , it was straight out of the 70s , beds were horrible , microwave propped up on a broken shelve , curtains werenā€™t even wide enough for the windows , air conditioner had a rag wrapped around it , dirt in every corner , blankets were like old sheets , parking was horrible , I called when I arrived to enquire about early check in and the man who answered the phone was rude and sounded like he was in a bar from the background noise and there was no one in the dive working till 4:30 ,I took lots of pictures because Iā€™ve never been so ripped off on a hotel , only because there was no other place in town I would of never stayed there , in no way would I ever bring a family there , it would be ok for some drunk college students who got no where else to stay and 50 bucks in there pocket , I get there was an event happening in town so the prices were up a bit but this was an absolute rip off 260 bucks for a compleat dump , it shouldnā€™t even be advertised on Expedia , , itā€™s less then half a star,check out was just leave your key on the counter and no one working there , insanity , I also had friends in another room and thereā€™s was the same dive

Place was terrible slept in my clothes as it looked like they hadnā€™t washed the comforter in years. Unfinished painting tape left on still on doors and exposed electrical all over the place. Not sure how it could pass an inspection for occupancy. Screens missing and garbage left everywhere

I feel that it gives you the wrong idea of how it was described view was beautiful but the rooms where run down there was no breakfast or restaurant that was open building itself needs a face lift or some kind of up keep and there was no person on property unless you had to call them on the phone
