It’s becoming run down . Needs work, plastering cracked , doors are all weathered and doesn’t seem to be maintained. Pool area was not clean . We had brighter and ice chest for the small kids bottles, cups water and juices . We got the shake down 6 times through out the day while Other people had no issues .

My pool side room.
My pool side room was not what I expected because my patio was on the golf course and the building was by the pool. Next time I will call to make sure my pool side room actually had the patio that faced the pool.

The resort put us below two kids who woke us up every morning at 6:30am. The kids were jumping off their beds and screaming. We had to call security 3 times and the resort would not move our rooms only give me resort fee room credit. The manager said “ sorry we are all booked so we can’t move you.” The front counter manager was so rude and told me “oh well, this is a family resort and we can’t control what other people do." We will never stay at this resort due to the lack of customer service and accommodating guests who are not happy. Many other resorts to pick other than this horrible manager service resort.

The staff were attentive and friendly. I felt we were provided with exceptional customer service. The rooms were clean. The bathroom had a louvered door, I would have preferred a solid door for added privacy. Aside from that I have no problem with the rooms. My children thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river and pool. The area around had plenty of dinning options and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, while it was 100- 114 degrees when we were there yesterday and today, our room AC was not functioning properly. Our room was 88 degrees yesterday and after calling to report this, someone came to "fix" it. Again not functioning from midnight to about 2 or 3am. Hubby didn't sleep much, we kept waking up, it was horrible. They should of moved us from our first report. Got back resort fee and parking fee, and we couldnt even find parking anyway near our room, had to park in other end. Pretty disappointed.....
