I was looking for a new place to stay in Red Deer on a regular basis and the Radisson is great, I will be back again for sure. The daylight ambertronix light in the room is a nice touch which I really appreciate.

Room table was disgusting. Staff were extremely rude. They had given me the wrong room, and when I simply asked if they could check to see if my usual one was available, she told me to wait until she had checked everyone else in. I stood in a long line just to ask that question and she wanted me to wait again, all while giving me the rudest stare. Just tell me the room is taken and I will move along. Not rocket science

One night stay was good. Very Noisy early morning in the hallway. Breakfast not included but there is a restaurant in the hotel. Not far from Sylvan lake. Overall good stay.

Lobby was nice but the rest of the hotel looks very old, dated and not clean. The pool lights don't match pictures very misleading and the water was very cold and unappealing for any next bookings at this location.

Do not stay here!
We got a room with 2 "queen" beds - they were the saggiest, saddest double beds I've ever seen. We came back to the room at 530 pm and the room still had not been cleaned. When our keys didn't work, they cut us new ones but didn't even check our IDs!!! I called down to the front several times and just stayed on hold until I hung up. I could NOT believe the state of these beds. They were like deflated air mattresses where we woke up feeling like the inside of a taco. I will never stay here again and neither should you!

I had to call twice regarding people slamming their doors across from our room. From 12-2 it continued but I stopped calling the front desk as the issue was never resolved. When I spoke with manager regarding compensation for the inconvenience he was questioning the times I had called as if I was not telling the truth. Extremely disheartening as this was our first trip in a year with just my daughter and myself and we were kept up until 2am then treated poorly when I brought it up.
