I had been driving all day and got to the hotel late at night when the front desk had given us a rm that was not the same as we had reserved I was told that it was all that was available but we needed what we had reserved for the purpose of our child

The property is quite old and could use some renos. It was very convenient to have a Keureg coffee maker as well as a microwave. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was welcoming. For the price, our stay was good.

The hotel is in a great location you can walk to restaurants. Everything was good, but the hotel is dated. I would say that the hotel should update their beds. My is due soon.

Easy to get on and out of town. Put me on the ground floor , had parking out front which were both handy. Nice walk to downtown for supper and close to grab some groceries.

Fairly good stay in a typical BC motel
Stay was fairly good. No serious complaints. Lots of stink bugs around but most outside the hotel. (Just the time of year?) Short walk to the Railway Museum and to the town centre. Very noisy bathroom fan.

The pictures shown make it look kinda cute and rustic. We got there and it wasn’t anything like the pictures. The bathroom was dirty and gross with hairs in the shower. The bedding has stains. The curtains were dirty and stain covered. There was dead bugs in the lights. It felt dirty and uncomfortable. We checked in around 7:50pm and by 8:20pm we checked out. They wouldn’t refund us even though we stayed for all of half a hour. Management wouldn’t even come talk to me. The front desk person had to go to a back room to speak to them and come back and relay the message that management said. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t ever be bothered to waste my money staying there.
