Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The 2.5 star rating was from when this address was a 'Quality Inn' chain run property. They would be lucky to get a full single star now. As soon as you walk in the lobby smells like dollar store carpet deodorizer and its overpowering. They allow commercial vehicles to park on the property and run all night (refrigeration trucks). I found dark womens hair under the covers of my bed and my family member found blonde womens hair in his aswell as in the towels. ...so they dont even clean the sheets. Its also weird to have people (owners) live in a commercial hotel. The condition of the property is terrible... I have never seen even an appartment building in such disrepair. TV was ancient. No Alarm clock (I get people use their phones but its a good back up). Theres train noise and highway noise at night. Its also beside a 24 hour McDonalds which brings lots of yelling etc. Was listed as having a pool but its only outside and was closed for the year. Room smelled like cigarettes and it impacted our breathing. We had to have the window open for our 5 day stay. The microwave had mold in it. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The furniture and lamps etc all had stains or chips. This property should not be carried on Expedia. I will be reaching out independantly to share feedback on my experience. The good: cheap/easy booking, pillows seemed clean, shower worked, door keys worked, it had a small privacy please sign for the door. Brutal stay.

What I Expect a Budget Hotel To Be
Overall, I got what I expected from a budget hotel. A few things in disrepair, but nothing of a functional nature. The water in the shower would go from really hot to really cold and back again. That's about the only big issue I had. If you're there just to have a comfy bed to sleep in with a continental breakfast to start your day, then it's good for that.

Didn’t have to do a deposit when I stayed here like I did the other place and still waiting for my deposit to be put back on my card. Didn’t take long to take the money off my card when I checked in, but Trying to get it back from them to put it on my card now it’s been 45 hours

heating & air conditioning unit did not work -just made a grinding noise - elevator was dirty look like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time / told the lady at the desk but couldn't speak fluent English - our comments to went on deaf ears
