Staff were friendly. However the property needs work. Room is slightly outdated. Lock was broken on bathroom door and grout chunks coming out of floor. Air unit was constantly leaking in our room resulting in the surrounding floor being soaked. Maintenance attempted to fix but it kept leaking. Bed was comfortable enough but the sofa bed was all springs.

Our stay was wonderful and the young man at the check in counter was phenomenal. He knew we had kids and asked what floor we would like and gave us a city facing view. The room was very clean and comfortable and the kids loved the water slide!
