Had to change rooms first one was a hot box a/c didn’t work but both rooms were terrible the room I switched to floors were black needs to be mopped the toilet was not clean maybe haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Shower curtain can be changed out as well. ROACHES in the room. I shouldn’t have to go and buy my own cleaning supplies to make it right. Understand it motel 6 but with the price of the rates you’ll think it would be a little better presentation and more cleanliness. Overall no one bothers you and everything is walking distance as of liquor store and fast food spots.

Great service, definitely recommend Laurie!
Customer service was fantastic. Laurie was awesome helping us out. The beds were rough, hard to sleep on and woke up sore. The tv could use a channel guide as it was not easy to navigate. The floor had not been mopped as there was dirt and debris on it. They did supply us with extra toiletries which was nice, and the parking was good and close to our rooms.

My reservation was for 2 beds and a non-smoking area, which was 3 minutes away, and they called me to tell me that they only had 1 bed and a smoking area, and it was already 9 at night when they told me. Because of everything my 2 daughters and my wife have suffered, I say that they do not respect your reservations.
