Comfortable room, nice and professional stafff. My issue is NO WATER bottles in room. Should be stocked in refrig -- and need to improve in room coffee machine -- Beds and bedding were nice and very comfortable.

Check in before parking!
I parked on the 2nd floor of the parking garage only to find there was no access to the hotel from there without a room key. I had to take a stairway which left me on the street on the opposite side of the building from the entrance. Had to walk all the way around this rather large hotel just to check in.

Only stayed for one night to avoid having to drive a long way home after a New Year's Eve party. Would recommend to anyone needing a hotel in this area. Did not have an opportunity to use any of the amenities.

Complete mess during check in process! I booked one room through Expedia, during check in process they told me that there are two rooms under my name but they cancelled them and booked a new room directly through Mariott. Later it revealled that they charged me for 2 rooms when i called them thay told me that i need to call Expedia there was nothing they can help me with. On top of that she hanged up on me. Disgusting place with below zero service and incompetent people. Btw you won't find any single bottle of water in the room, they don't offer complimentary water and they charge for parking, $18 per night, in Redwood city.

We're actually satisfied, nice & friendly people, very clean, good price, but when we were arriving to the property couldn't believe it was actually the right address, the surrounds are very bad... It's the outskirts of Redwood City.
